Planning - Finance Department has main following functions and tasks: Organize planning and the annual budget estimates to submit for the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment for approval; Management, uniform use of financial resources of HUNRE. Check out the use of capital, funding and implementing fiscal accordance with the current regulations; Implement accounting, statistics, financial reporting and financial disclosure in accordance with current regulations; Organize periodic inventory and asset evaluation, technical equipment according to current regulations; Synthesis, analyze and assess the financial accounting data to advise the Rector to direct finance; Develop appropriate spending norms, balance the budget to ensure the regular operation of the university. Strengthening the management and funding usage to increase effective income for Civil servants accordance with Regulation internal spending.
