To make Hanoi city “smarter"
The Department of Information and Communications of Hanoi is building a project "building a smarter city". This is one of the planned tasks for information technology development in Hanoi to build e-government.
As planned, in April the project will be completed in May to get the consultation from relevant agencies. In June, the Department of Information and Communication of Ha Noi will submit this proposal to Hanoi People's Committee.
Also, Hanoi will apply IT in all fields from education to healthcare, transportation, electricity, water management, etc.nd exploitation of natural resources , transportation , health , education ...Hanoi will be fully equipped with networking computes to enable their communications with people through the one-stop administrative system; have software to manage data on resources, population and households, etc.
In Vietnam, the concept of "Smart City" is seen as the process of urbanization, focusing on emerging issues such as transport, IT, environmental sanitation, public services.
