Celebrate 84 years establish of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26^th, 1931 – March 26^th, 2015) and welcome Congress levels, period from 2015 to 2020, In the morning of March 26^th, at the office Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Deputy Minister Tran Hong Ha has chaired the dialogue meeting between the leaders of the Youth Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment. In attendance were representatives of the units of the Ministry and more than 200 member’s youth represent 15 thousand members, youth under 23 establishments in the Union Ministry.

The purpose of dialogues is facilitate the unionists, youth Ministries, representative’s officials, and management of Youth Ministry units to exchange, share the difficulties and problems and propose to Ministry feasible solutions, effective successfully to complete political tasks of the Ministry of Planning youth development period 2014 - 2015 and The Ministry of Youth Development period 2014 - 2020.

 Speaking at the dialogue, Deputy Minister Tran Hong Ha says with youth across the country, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment has promoted traditional, dynamic and innovative in implementing the important task of contributing to the overall success of the entire industry. From the practical operation and vibrant youth in ministries across the field of youth appeared more advanced, many outstanding organizations, contributing to stain more glorious traditions of the Association Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment. Many activities sense of mission continues to expand. The movement action “Economic development, social and national defense", "Together with young people career," ... has made a good impression. The traditional life activities, moral education, lifestyle, culture, art, sport, helping the poor, responding to natural disasters, floods and activities insured environmental protection, response to climate change has attracted young force participation, contributing to the mission of the country, and confirm the leading role of Youth in career development Natural Resources and Environment.

Recognizing the role of the youth team for development, in recent years the Ministry concern, focusing on youth work. Implementing the policy of the Party and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment has developed and implemented youth development program period 2014-2020 and Youth Development Plan of the period 2014-2015. Arrangement of specialized staff, to facilitate the facilities, equipment for stable operation teams and organizational training courses and professional management of state youth work staff and civil servants youth work in the unit under the Ministry.

 At the meeting, the staffs, the Ministry of Youth Union members have expressed joy, excited about the deep concern of the Deputy Minister Tran Hong Ha for group work and youth movement today. The officers and members of young are frankly exchange questions, thoughts and aspirations to leadership of the Ministry. In which the questions focus groups mentioned problems such as central task in directing operations and administration of the Ministry in the coming years;

Speaking conclude the dialogue, Deputy Minister Tran Hong Ha says, the dialogue meeting between the leaders of ministries with youth members Ministry is the event of significance, is a great opportunity to build connection between the leaders of the Union Ministry of Youth Ministry.

He also emphasized the issues of environment and natural resources sector requires the integration, participation in solving the problems of the world such as the environment, climate change, water resources ... So he wants the union members, young people actively exchange knowledge, enhance information sharing and promote the contribution of youth to serve in the construction and development of the country, environmental protection, response climate change.
